#The book

The Recursive Spiral uses the Fibonacci sequence as an explanatory model — the cleanest small example of growth that structurally depends on preserved memory — to teach a practical discipline for building recoverable systems. The method has three named parts: RFPA (Recover, Field, Principal, Assumption), the four framing moves you make before a system grows; AVPT (Attempt, Validate, Preserve, Track), the four execution beats you cycle through as it grows; and the Infinity Engine, the governing idea that value comes from many governed, evidence-preserving cycles — never uncontrolled or literally endless execution.

Every substantive statement carries one of five labels, preserved unchanged in this edition:

  • CANON — fixed Odisena vocabulary that never drifts.
  • FACT — true independently of the book; cited or proved.
  • METHOD — a testable operational recommendation.
  • INTERPRETATION — the author’s contestable opinion.
  • CASE — a worked or privacy-safe example.

#The author

Ian Dansereau builds governed, evidence-preserving systems and publishes under the Odisena imprint. His work centers on a single conviction: that trustworthy growth is expansion which preserves enough evidence to validate, reverse, and continue.
